Cinnamon sweet Potato Wedges |
Ingredients
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tbsp Olive Oil or use misto
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
- Spread wedges onto baking sheet and spray with misto. Or if you don't have a misto, toss wedges with olive oil prior to placing on baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes, toss, then bake for another 10-15 minutes.
These Shariously taste like sweet potato fries without being fried!
